We appreciate customer feedback Randy. I audited your invoice and see you came in for a State inspection on your 2017 Chevy Equinox. An inspection was performed and it appears the vehicle failed because of a lighting issue, unsecured light. There were other condition issues reported to you as is our policy - 100% disclosure so customers are aware of vehicle condition. I needed my RV Motorhome inspection while traveling and they got me in with no delay. With just a couple lights that I needed everything was very professional and they got me all fixed up and sent on my travel journey with my NY sticker. Highly recommend

Great and friendly place to go to get work done on a vehicle price was right. My car broke down had to have it towed over the technician diagnosed what was wrong and they called to inform me the same day

Took bmw there because they said they could fix it , what a joke.They didn't have a clue .The only thing they knew is what they repeated from what I had told them.Save your money don't go by what they advertise.

Mr. Shuart. We always appreciate customer feedback and I do apologize for any miscommunication on our part. There is a BMW procedure that was followed by our ASE Certified Technician, regarding the removal of the convertible top to gain access to the hydraulic motor for removal. The hydraulics could not be released due to a broken pull release done prior to receiving the vehicle. It was determined that the motor did need replaced and that was communicated back to you. The only thing that was needed was additional time to remove the assembly in a non-traditional manner. I did try to reach out and left you a voice mail.
