We're proud of our team members! They work very hard to give their best, every day. We’re here to take care of your vehicle... and you! I-86 team members participate in more than 40 hours of continuing education throughout the year. Techs also achieve and maintain their ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications. In order to achieve this certification, they have committed many hours to training and have the qualifications to meet your vehicle needs now and in the future. Look for their ASE Certificates on our Customer Lobby wall! Our service team has your best interests in mind whether performing factory scheduled maintenance, necessary repairs, tire installation, oil changes, or our unique digital I-86 Vehicle Check-Up.
Our professional, friendly service advisors are highly trained in meeting customer satisfaction and vehicle needs for your best possible I-86 customer experience. They will personally listen to you and help you to navigate this process. Your advisor may make service or repair recommendations based on tech findings or factory schedule, but they will also help you prioritize and plan for future needs to maximize the life of your vehicle and keep you safe. We believe it’s important for a customer to know the safety status and condition of their vehicle at all times, so your service advisor will provide you with 100% of the information to make an informed decision.
You will hear from a team member for a brief follow-up phone call or receive a survey after your visit because we care about what you have to say! We want to ensure you've received only the best that I-86 Truck & Auto Repair has to offer during your I-86 Experience!
