Great staff, very friendly and informative. They give you a full inspection of your vehicle to let you know what might need repair in the future and offer coupons for discounts on future repairs. They also offer a ride service to and from the shop which is very convenient. (I ride my bicycle there sometimes and they even put air in my tires). They had the unfortunate task of repairing the A/C on my Honda CRV. I had to bring it in 3 times over the summer and each time a new part had broken (compressor, expansion valve and A/C relay). This was not any fault on their part, but wholly the fault of Honda, who did not issue a recall on the CRV A/C which is known to have many issues. They were kind of enough to replace the relay for free (still trying to get Honda to reimburse me for at least PART of the compressor repair). Overall, they provide great service and if asked, will provide you with tons of information about car repair. I learn something new every time.

Probably the best car service I've ever had. They were very professional, friendly and very thorough. I brought my car in to get the AC repaired, but they did an inspection of the entire car (which I was told is done on every car that is brought in no matter what you bring it in for) and let me know what parts were going to need replacing in the near future. Every estimate they give you has to be signed by you so there are no discrepancies. They are also very informative, telling you exactly what they did to the car and they write it all down on the receipt so you don't have to remember what they said. They also give you coupons and bonus bucks that you can use on future service. The complimentary snacks was an added bonus as well. The only thing that would make this place even better is if they had a shuttle service. Which reminds me, I rode my bicycle back and forth to the shop and they even pumped up my bike tires when my bike pump broke. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. I've never had better service.

I went to have an oil change done. Staff was freindly & courtious while I waited for my car. Upon completion I was give the ck list of future repairs that may need to be done to my vehicle to keep it in a safe & working condition. Having this info ahead helps me plan on repairs in a timely fashion & not all at once.

This was the best experience I have ever had when getting my car serviced. Everyone was friendly, prompt, and competent. Roy did a great job in making me comfortable, and informed me of exactly what would be done to my vehicle and what options I had. Great job by all! I will be back.

Service Writer Roy was AMAZING! He was very polite and easy to talk with about my vehicle. Although there were complication with my repairs, he made sure I understood what happened and got me rescheduled to repair the problem as soon as possible.

We have been charged $800 for trailer tire (semi truck ) replaced with the new one,(Mobile service ) . We never paid as high as this one . This place is complete RIP OFF for the truck drivers .

Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staff. Clean waiting room with FREE coffee !
