By the way if you have a full size, 4 door crew cab, with an 8 foot box,,your choices for an alignment either front end or 4 wheel are very limited in this area.This business was very proffessional. The work done at I-86 is topnotch. The quotes given are close to the cost of repairs. The personal at the front desk are personable and keep you informed if tech working on the vehicle runs across any problems. Having an over all check of fluids and parts helps in maintaining my vehicle. I have recommended I-86 Truck & Car Repair to others. Nate & Rhonda require a positive auto service experience for their customers at all times and it shows. Jason the service mgr made every effort to satisfy my requests and answer my questions. Reasonable prices & good quality repairs equal a good value to me. I can probably get cheaper prices elsewhere but I have to have the trust I-86 provides me knowing the work will be done properly.

Great staff, very friendly and informative. They give you a full inspection of your vehicle to let you know what might need repair in the future and offer coupons for discounts on future repairs. They also offer a ride service to and from the shop which is very convenient. (I ride my bicycle there sometimes and they even put air in my tires). They had the unfortunate task of repairing the A/C on my Honda CRV. I had to bring it in 3 times over the summer and each time a new part had broken (compressor, expansion valve and A/C relay). This was not any fault on their part, but wholly the fault of Honda, who did not issue a recall on the CRV A/C which is known to have many issues. They were kind of enough to replace the relay for free (still trying to get Honda to reimburse me for at least PART of the compressor repair). Overall, they provide great service and if asked, will provide you with tons of information about car repair. I learn something new every time.
